Titan Unthreaded Spray Gun Insert Filters Overview

Choose between a course, medium, fine and extra fine unthreaded filter made for a variety of the Titan airless spray guns.

These are sold in two different options, either as a retail 2-pack where you get two filters per package, or as bulk filters stored in a resealable plastic bag.  We offer bulk options of 6, 12, 24, 50 or 100 filters.

Choosing the right filter mesh is important based on the product you're spraying.  If you aren't sure, we'll give you a rough idea.

• Red - Extra Fine 180 mesh: Lacquer, clean varnishes, stains, synthetic resin, enamels, azures
• Yellow - Fine 100 mesh: Industrial enamels, base coat enamels, primer enamels, stains, colored lacquer, fillers, marking paints, textured enamels
• White - Medium 50 mesh: Emulsions, Shop primer, solid stain, oil base paints, latex paints, acrylic paints
• Green - Course 30 mesh: Thick latex, filler paints, large area surfaces
